r55 - Dynamic doms with TF kinks

A new build has been released!  Doms can now enhance your body to their horny preferences, plus foxes can now become your Mistress.

Each of the dynamic doms now have new randomly generated kinks available, which will cause certain actions when you have accepted a dom as your owner.  The kinks are:

• Female Transformation – Dom will apply a gender transformation powder to your crotch, causing you to slowly become female.  (Or if wearing a cock ring, you will become a herm.)

• Very Large Breasts – As above, but up to H-cup.

• Shortstacks – Dom will make you shorter / head pats.
